What are the Nomad, Eclipse and Solstice services?

The Nomad, Eclipse and Solstice services are our signature colouring services. They are a modern take on traditional highlighting techniques that give you a lighter, brighter, trendy result. You can read more about them here.

Where are you located?

Our home based studio is located 20 minutes west of Stony Plain, AB in rural Parkland County. You will receive a confirmation email after booking your appointment that will have our exact address and directions. If you need more information prior to booking an appointment, please reach out through email at holoshair@gmail.com and we will be happy to answer all of your questions.

How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule your appointment by phone, online or in-person. However the best, and fastest way to schedule an appointment through our online booking links or page.

Do you allow children at Holos Hair Lounge?

Due to health and safety obligations we respectfully request no children under the age of 14 (unless the child is receiving a service and the parent is present.) 

Is an Appointment Necessary?

We operate on an appointment basis only. We highly recommend making your appointments in advance, but feel free to call on short notice, as we may have an opening or cancellation. 

Do you offer gift certificates?

We do offer own gift cards, which may be used for services, salon product and merchandise.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

When you book your appointment through our booking links you will be asked to agree to our cancellation policy. You can also view all of our policies here.

How do I choose the right services and products?

We offer complimentary consultations, and can make recommendations to fit your wants and needs. If you would like to receive a service on the same day as your consultation, please choose "New Client Service" as the service when booking your appointment. This service was designed to include enough time for a consultation and colour during the appointment and is the perfect option if you are not sure what service to book. If you would like a haircut as well, please book an additional haircut service when choosing your appointment. The cost of your appointment will be discussed during the consultation.

What is included in a New Client Service?

This appointment was designed for new clients who are not sure which service to book. It includes enough time for a consultation and a colour service (eg. highlights or balayage), and the price will be discussed during the consultation.

How can I pay for my appointment?

We take Visa, Mastercard, Debit, ApplePay, and GooglePay.
